Interview your senior about their Hometown ?!

So i decided to interview my senior in Student Executive Board named Aulia Septiani or known as Seiyya, she is now in the 6^th Semester and her class is in 3SA01.

So here is the detail conversation betwen me and Aulia Septiani about her Hometow.

Note : Initial “R” For me and “S” For Aulia Septiani

R : Good Afternoon ka, may i ask you a minute ?

S : Sure, what’s the matter ?

R:  So, i got an assignment to interview a senior majoring in english literature regarding their hometown.  Are you mind if i have an interview session with you now ?

S: That sounds cool. Okay let’s do it

R : First question, Where is your hometown ?

S: My hometown is in Depok, i was born and raised in here

R: Is your hometown famous  ?

S: I guess it’s quite famous now because the infrastructure grow fast, there are some apartments, malls, and many restaurants which attrack people to come here.

R: Really ? i never know if Depok famous in those things

S: Yeah, though in media Depok known as Belimbing (Starfruit) Town, i never seen a star fruit tree again since so many building built for the last 10 years. 

So, all you can see now just many restaurants especially in Margonda Street.

R: Yeah i think i understand that  >.< so, what place do you like the best ?

S : I guess it’s UI. Not for wducation purpose, it’s because the environment hasn’t change there. The fresh air really good for Jogging J

R: Yeah totally agree with you, wondering when will gunadarma can be like that. Anyway does Depok have any festivals ? if yes, what happen at hat festival ?

S: Hahaha it will take some decades perhaps :p , I guess there’s none. Perhaps there is but i don’t know. Maybe there’s Belimbing Festival ? :p

R: Everythings about Belimbing hahaha, Where is the best place to get a reasonably priced but delicious meal in Depok ?

S : Indeed haha, i think all street foods in Depok are good and reasonable price

R: McDonald in Campus G is not included right ? haha

S: of course not ..... haha

R: Righttt, so what is the differencebetwen Depok and other cities ?

S: Depok is still in the country-side so.... there’s not much pollution YET :p also, Depok has Belimbing while other cities not hahaha.

R: Seriously Belimbing :p

S: Belimbing is the icon of Depok.

R: Alraight enough with Belimbing things. So which place do you often visit ?

S : I often visit UI and Margo City tbh

R: Wuahh what are you doing in there?

S: Jogging in UI or going to the library in there, meanwhile to Margo city just to shopping or Habing lunch

R: That must be fun J you must be go there with Ka Jali right ??

S: Lately yes. Sometimes i went alone tho’ hahahahaha

R: Awww that was sweettt

S: it’s nothing special

R: Nope i’ve seen you two walking together in Campus D this morning and you guys just so sweet. And i heard that you like k-pop and even have a group dance. Where the usual place when you do the exercise ?

S: Ah, you saw that hahaha still just usual thing  >.< , i usually practiced in Jatinegara, there’s a studio and it’s quite cheap

R:  Well yeah but still. That’s quite far is there no place other than that ?

S: Indeed, but it’s near train station so not cost alot for transport, Oh there’s one again in Depok Lama but i forgot the studio name . it’s quite expensive tho’

R:  okayyy, is there any tourist attraction in Depok ?

S : Tourist Attraction ? all i know is Setu babakan and Aladdin Swimming pool

R: Woahh aladdin swimming pool ? sounds uniqe. Are you ever been there before ?

S: Not yet, it’s more like a kiddie pool though but i’ve visited setu babakan.

R: haha i thought it was something like snowbay

S: Yeah it’s like snowbay i guess

R: How is it like in setu babakan ?

S: Setu babakan is a place where you can feel Betawi environtment, its full of Betawi culture. Every weeks there’s a lenong performence there.

R: Yaps so last question, if you can change one thing in depok what will it be?

S: Hmmm, i think Depok need to grow tree more than before, cause it look a bit dry and pollution has increase. It will be better for Depok to be a green cirty

R: Just like sentul city ?

S: Indeed, like that ! the weater will be so fresh. And oh, one more things... if Cilliwung water as clear as before it will be really nice

R: Hahahha kaa i think that’s way too impossible .

S: Indeed hahaha it needs a miracle

R: By the way thank you so much for helping me. You’re so kind J

S: Okay you’re welcome roro..........................

So that was the interview. And i was a little bit shocked at that time because i never knew if her hometown is in Depok. So, i think it can’t be categorize only as her Homethown but as her view about Depok as well.
